Brief description of the project
This is a kitchen project for a university. The total area of the kitchen area is about 1800m2.Student cafeteria area is about 5500m2.The kitchen contain 3 dish washing area,3 food service area,2 clean plate stoarge area,1 fish prep area,1 meat prep area,1 vegetable area,1 pot washing area,3 dry storage area,3 walk-in cold rooms,1 pastry area,1 main cooking area and a fast food restaurant.The fastfood mainly supply snack,sandwich,hamburger,fresh fruit juice,coke,potato chips,fry chicken etc.
