Refrigeration Equipment Cooling Methods-Static or ventilation

For the kitchen refrigeration equipment generally have two cooling methods, air cooling and direct cooling. So what is the difference between air cooling and direct cooling:

1. Direct cooling: no fan, easy to frost, can not automatically defrost, you need to defrost manually.
2.Air cooling: There is a fan, no frosting, automatic defrost function, no manual defrost.

Direct cooling advantages: low price, low power consumption, low noise, good food preservation effect.
Disadvantages of direct cooling: slow cooling, uneven temperature, and manual defrost.
Direct cooling refrigerators are widely used in the Chinese and European markets.

Advantages of air cooling: fast cooling, uniform temperature, and automatic defrost.
Disadvantages of air cooling: high price, high power consumption, high noise, and poor food preservation effect.
The air-cooled freezer is widely used in Japan, South Korea, the United States, and southern China.
