Cool Zone feature consists of a front sloping vessel bottom traps food particles and prevents carbonization in the fry zone. Reduces flavor transfer and extends oil life. Deeper vessel allows for extra depth oil level for frying larger products. High performance burners of this hotel commercial fryer provide instant recovery at peak production.

Installation requirements

1.All installation and operation must be conducted by qualified persons in accordance with the relevant provisions.
2.When installation: the machines must be away from the wall to 10 cm, one thousand machines need to rely on a wall installation, which must be fireproof wall, can’t burn.

Matters need attention

1.No flammable objects (such as towel, etc.) on the furnace face any position, otherwise may cause burning fire accident.
2.After use, should be immediately shut off the gas valve.
3.Air leakage is found, should be immediately shut off the gas valve, open the window to strengthen ventilated, do not switch power supply to repair well before using.

The connection of the gas

1.Install the machine must be installed a quick to cut off the air valve, and must be on the machine near easily touch the upper position.
2.Ensure the machine connected with the gas type is the same, if not the same, please don’t get through, gas piping for being painted yellow.
